Canceling Products or Services

We are so sorry to hear that you need to cancel products or services from us. If you are canceling due to a problem with our products or services, we would like to make it right. Please let us know if there is anything we can do by contacting Ariana Bauer or Michelle Elia at [email protected].

If you choose not to renew, you will need to contact John Bauer and [email protected]. Please include what products/services you no longer wish to renew and your cancellation reason in your email.

Canceling will stop all email notifications and renewal estimates. Any invoices dated past your existing expiration date will be revoked.

Please be aware that all support will cease on your renewal date, and all subscription software licenses will expire.
